Product introduction
If you are looking for a different experience in listening to music, the “Tanin” wooden speaker is a unique choice for you. This speaker does not require electricity or batteries, but only uses the acoustic properties of walnut wood to produce a natural and lively sound.
Inspired by classic
The idea for the resonance-forming speaker originated from classic home speakers. We wanted to recreate a similar experience, but in a small, lightweight form factor without the need for complex technology. The 9.5cm cube-shaped design exudes simplicity and geometry, while inside lies a precise geometry to amplify sound waves in a natural and gentle way .
Material and coating
Iranian walnut wood is used to make the resonator, not only because of its warm texture, natural grain, and high strength, but also because of the feel it gives to the hand and heart. Each piece is handcrafted with high precision and coated with Burmawax vegetable oil, giving it a natural and delicate appearance.
Manufacturing method
The process of making a resonator is a combination of the precision of machinery and the skill of a carpenter. First, the wood is cut to create acoustic cavities with precise calculations. Then, in the final stages, the skilled hands of a master craftsman perform sanding, oiling, and finishing to make the resonator both pleasing to the eye and efficient.
Suitable applications and space
Tanin is a product for everywhere; on the desk, in the living room, on a trip, and even in the heart of nature. Where there is no electricity or cables, but there is music. Just by placing your mobile phone in a special groove, the sound is multiplied and spread throughout the space; no need for charging, no technology, just with the magic of wood!
